Profiloplasty
A combination of surgical procedures to harmonize the profile of the face.

Treatment Analysis

A profiloplasty consists of a combination of techniques whose purposes are to create better facial harmony and balance. The two most common procedures used are rhinoplasty and chin surgery.

Rhinoplasty is used to reshape the nose and cartilage by changing its shape, size or proportions. Chin surgery on the other hand involves either the use of an implant, the grafting of bone that has been previously removed from the nose, or the grinding down of the chin.

Patient Psychology

Profiloplasty is known as a holistic solution that can provide facial balance to an individual that is predominantly unhappy with their features. As part of your consultation with your doctor, you will discuss which features you wish to be altered and he will recommend the most appropriate method to yield the most attractive results.
