Thigh Lift
Removal of excess skin so as to contour the lower body.
Treatment Analysis
A thigh lift is a procedure that involves the removal of excess skin and fat predominantly from the inner thighs. Under general anaesthesia, the surgeon will conduct liposuction on the inner thighs so as to remove fat deposits. The excess skin is then removed and the remaining skin is sutured together so as to yield firmer and more defined thighs.
Patient Psychology
Excess skin on the thighs is typically a result of weightloss or stubborn skin that is not responsive to diet and exercise. With the use of a thigh lift, patients are able to regain confidence in wearing shorter and tighter clothes, as they will have rid themselves of excess skin from that area that was weighing down on their self-confidence.
